<p>Almost none of these publications clearly incriminate radiations, but there is much suspicion of the effects of artificial microwaves on living beings. Some papers question microwaves, but often at higher powers than recommended by global exposure standards.<br />
That said, these studies clearly show that there is a lot of evidence indicating that prolonged exposure to microwaves can cause DNA damage (human and non-human), which is often reversible if the exposure stops, thanks to the mechanisms of self-regeneration of living beings.<br />
But for living beings with weak immunity, this self-regeneration can be compromised and considering that it is hard, in the real world, to stop this exposure, it is sometimes not possible.<br />
Some studies observe effects, but conclude that they are not considered significant.</p>
<p>At low levels of exposure, there are more publications on human and subjective feelings. However, these feelings all go in the same direction: increased irritability, symptoms of fatigue, headache, weakened immunity, etc. when microwaves sources are closer.</p>
<p>There are also statistical studies covering more than 10 years indicating that there are very clearly incidences of increased biological effects, but unfortunately there is not enough data to prove it scientifically and with certainty.</p>

Our data confirm that intermittent (but not continuous) exposure of human primary fibroblasts to a 50 Hz EMF at a flux density of 1 mT induces a slight but significant increase of DNA fragmentation in the Comet assay, and we provide first evidence for this to be caused by the magnetic rather than the electric field. Moreover, we show that EMF-induced responses in the Comet assay are dependent on cell proliferation, suggesting that processes of DNA replication rather than the DNA itself may be affected.</p>

The results of the study showed that extremely low-frequency electromagnetic fields enhanced the effect of oxidative stress on DNA damage and supported the idea obtained from the previous studies on an increasing effect of electromagnetic fields on the concentration and the life-time of free radicals.</p>

Following isolated reports of headache-like symptoms arising in some users, a survey has been conducted to characterize the symptoms sometimes associated with mobile phone usage. &#8230; There were several reports suggestive of intra-cranial effects. &#8230; Cranial and other diverse symptoms may arise associated with mobile phone usage. Physicians and users alike should be alert to this. Further work is needed to determine the range of effects, their mechanism and the possible implications for safety limits of RFR.</p>

We carried out a cross-sectional community study in Singapore to determine the prevalence of specific central nervous system (CNS) symptoms among handheld cellular telephone (HP) users compared to nonusers and to study the association of risk factors and CNS symptoms among HP users. &#8230; Headache was the most prevalent symptom among HP users compared to non-HP users, with an adjusted prevalence rate ratio of 1.31 [95% confidence interval, 1.00–1.70]. There is a significant increase in the prevalence of headache with increasing duration of usage (in minutes per day). Prevalence of headache was reduced by more than 20% among those who used hand-free equipment for their cellular telephones as compared to those who never use the equipment. The use of HPs is not associated with a significant increase of CNS symptoms other than headache.</p>

Thirty-one percent of the respondents in Norway and 13% of those in Sweden had experienced at least one symptom in connection with MP use. Next to the sensations of warmth on the ear and behind/around the ear, burning sensations in the facial skin and headaches were most commonly reported. Most symptoms usually began during or within half an hour after the call and lasted for up to 2 h. Relatively few had consulted a physician or been on sick leave because of the symptoms, but about 45% among those with an MP attributed symptom had taken steps to reduce the symptom. These results suggest an awareness of the symptoms, but not necessarily a serious health problem.</p>

This pilot study was explorative, hence no far reaching conclusions can be drawn. However, effects on wellbeing and performance of very low levels of exposure to emissions from base-stations cannot be ruled out and should further be studied.</p>

There is a large and coherent body of evidence of biological mechanisms that support the conclusion of a plausible, logical, and causal relationship between RF exposure and neurological disease. Hence it is possible that cell sites are causing adverse health effects. Public health surveys of people living in the vicinity of cell site BSs should be carried out immediately, and continued over the next 2 decades. Prompt effects such as miscarriage, cardiac disruption, sleep disturbance, and chronic fatigue could well be early indicators of adverse health effects.</p>

The adjusted (sex, age, distance) logistic regression model showed statistically significant positive exposure-response associations between the E-field and the following variables: fatigue, irritability, headaches, nausea, loss of appetite, sleeping disorder, depressive tendency, feeling of discomfort, difficulty in concentration, loss of memory, visual disorder, dizziness and cardiovascular problems. The inclusion of the distance, which might be a proxy for the sometimes raised “concerns explanation”, did not alter the model substantially. These results support the first statistical analysis based on two groups &#8230; Based on the data of this study the advice would be to strive for levels not higher than 0.02 V/m for the sum total, which is equal to a power density of 0.0001 μW/cm2 or 1 μW/m2, which is the indoor exposure value for GSM base stations proposed on empirical evidence by the Public Health Office of the Government of Salzburg in 2002.</p>

With the Federal Immission Control Ordinance (26. BlmSchV), the federal regulation maker establishes exposure limit regulations for electromagnetic fields whose specifications are required by acts and the constitution. But as the presented paper shows once more, a clearly increasing incidence of disease is already taking place far below legally binding exposure guideline limits.<br />
Even if in legal terms, this is not yet proof for an individual-specific evidence of damage, the presented investigations make it clear that the conclusions drawn by the federal regulation maker from the results of the German Mobile Phone Programme, according to which no health risk is to be expected below the exposure limits of the 26. BlmSchV, are scientifically and legally unjustifiable.<br />
From a legal perspective, it should be noted here that the current exposure limit regulations basically do not provide sufficient protection against health risks. Insofar as official agencies still suggest that the exposure limits of the 26. BlmSchV would be precautionary limits, these limits are now disproven &#8211; among others &#8211; through our investigation, as it showed a significantly increased health risk in the vicinity of cell phone base stations.</p>

So, revision of standard guidelines for public exposure to RER from mobile phone base station antennas and using of NBTB for regular assessment and early detection of biological effects among inhabitants around the stations are recommended.</p>

Comparisons of complaint frequencies (CHI-SQUARE test with Yates correction) in relation to the distance from base stations and sex show significant (p <0.05) increase as compared to people living > 300 m or not exposed to base stations, up through 300 m for tiredness, 200 m for headache, sleep disruption, discomfort, etc., 100 m for irritability, depression, loss of memory, dizziness, libido decrease, etc. Women significantly more often than men (p < 0.05) complained of headache, nausea, loss of appetite, sleep disruption, depression, discomfort and visual disrupti ons. This first study on symptoms experienced by people living in the vicinity of base stations shows that, in view of radioprotection, the of minimal distance of people from cellular phone base stations should not be < 300 m.</p>

This follow-up of 60 participants over one and a half years shows a significant effect on the adrenergic system after the installation of a new cell phone base station in the village of Rimbach (Bavaria).<br />
After the activation of the GSM base station, the levels of the stress hormones adrenaline and noradrenaline increased significantly during the first six months; the levels of the precursor dopamine decreased substantially. The initial levels were not restored even after one and a half years. As an indicator of the dysregulated chronic imbalance of the stress system, the phenylethylamine (PEA) levels dropped significantly until the end of the study period.<br />
The effects showed a dose-response relationship and occurred well below current limits for technical RF radiation exposures. Chronic dysregulation of the catecholamine system has great relevance for health and is well known to damage human health in the long run.</p>

Even if many studies have seen no effects of the EMFs upon biology, an abundance of scientific reports in respected journals have shown significant, though often weak, effects upon cells in vitro, in experimental animals and also in humans. &#8230; If the man made EMFs, such as those utilized in mobile communication, even at extremely low SAR values, causes the users’ own albumin to leak out through the BBB, which is meant to protect the brain, also other unwanted and toxic molecules in the blood, may leak into the brain tissue. There they concentrate in, and damage, the neurones and glial cells of the brain according to our studies. The results clearly and with great statistical significance show that the DNA was not more damaged by the electromagnetic fields in any of the tissues examined than in the tissues of non-exposed animals. According to these findings, the carcinogenic effects of electromagnetic fields in the frequency range of the UMTS standard can be excluded as the cause of the results observed earlier. Therefore, further studies must now clarify which mechanisms of action are responsible for tumor promotion.</p>

In the present study we analyze the role of polarization in the biological activity of Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs)/Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR). All types of man-made EMFs/EMR &#8211; in contrast to natural EMFs/EMR &#8211; are polarized. Polarized EMFs/EMR can have increased biological activity, due to:<br />
1) Ability to produce constructive interference effects and amplify their intensities at many locations.<br />
2) Ability to force all charged/polar molecules and especially free ions within and around all living cells to oscillate on parallel planes and in phase with the applied polarized field. Such ionic forced-oscillations exert additive electrostatic forces on the sensors of cell membrane electro-sensitive ion channels, resulting in their irregular gating and consequent disruption of the cell’s electrochemical balance. These features render man-made EMFs/EMR more bioactive than natural non-ionizing EMFs/EMR. This explains the increasing number of biological effects discovered during the past few decades to be induced by man-made EMFs, in contrast to natural EMFs in the terrestrial environment which have always been present throughout evolution, although human exposure to the latter ones is normally of significantly higher intensities/energy and longer durations. Thus, polarization seems to be a trigger that significantly increases the probability for the initiation of biological/health effects.</p>

The frequency of pathological rats was 170/481 (0.35 ± 0.03) among rats exposed to pulse modulated (PW) and 74/149 (0.50 ± 0.07) among rats exposed to continuous wave exposure (CW). These results are both highly significantly different to their corresponding controls (p < 0.0001) and the frequency of pathological rats after exposure to pulsed radiation (PW) is significantly less (p < 0.002) than after exposure to continuous radiation (CW).</p>

There were higher rates of survival in males at the low (2.5 W/kg) and mid (5 W/kg) exposures to CDMA- and GSM-modulated RFR, respectively. Body weights in the exposed groups of animals were similar to their controls. In both studies (GSM and CDMA), there were higher incidences of malignant lymphoma in all groups of female mice exposed to RFR compared to controls. However, the incidences in all of the exposed females were within the range historically observed in this strain of mouse in other NTP studies. There were higher incidences of skin and lung tumors in males exposed to the highest two levels of GSM-modulated RFR (5 and 10 W/kg), and of liver tumors at the mid-dose (5 W/kg) of CDMA-modulated RFR.<br />
Conclusions: For GSM-modulated RFR, we conclude that exposure to RFR may have caused tumors in the skin and lungs of male mice and malignant lymphomas in female mice. For CDMA-modulated RFR, we conclude that exposure to RFR may have caused tumors in the liver of male mice and malignant lymphomas in female mice.</p>

In males for both GSM- and CDMA-modulated RFR, we conclude that exposures increased the number of animals with tumors in the heart. Tumors of the brain were also considered to be related to exposure; and increased numbers of male rats with tumors of the adrenal gland were also related to exposure. We are uncertain whether occurrences of prostate gland, pituitary gland, and pancreatic islet tumors in male rats exposed to GSM-modulated RFR and pituitary gland and liver tumors in male rats exposed to CDMA-modulated RFR were related to RFR exposures. This was also the case with female rats, where we conclude that exposure to GSM- or CDMA-modulated RFR may have been related to tumors in the heart. For females exposed to CDMA-modulated RFR, occurrences of brain and adrenal gland tumors may have been related to exposure.</p>

The 3 main improvements compared to 4G are: shortened connection &#8220;paths&#8221; between two communicating devices (reduced latency), multidirectional antennas and higher frequencies.</p>

<li style="font-weight:bold;padding-bottom:0.5em;"><span style="font-weight:normal">The first improvement is important for the telecommunications network, but in terms of waves it does not change anything. It is a technical evolution of the network which allows a communication to find the shortest path, ie. imagine that you send an SMS to a friend living 100km away, at present your SMS will be received by the antenna connected to your mobile, then the data of the SMS will be propagated towards several other network points (by wired network or aerial) until it arrives at the antenna which will transmit it to your friend&#8217;s mobile. The problem with the current technology is that data can pass through lots of useless points (and even very far away) which only lengthen time from one point to another and overload certain parts of the network unnecessarily. Each additional interconnect adds about 5-10 milliseconds more. It&#8217;s nothing for a call or a text message, but if it is a matter of controlling a very precise machine from a distance, a reaction time of 10ms or 50ms can make a big difference. With the improvements of the 5G network, data will pass through the shortest paths possible, which will make the network less congested and have less latency/delay. This is important for the vision of connected objects that some technophiles of this world have, the more there will be connected objects the better it will be that the networks are the least congested possible.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight:bold;padding-bottom:0.5em;"><span style="font-weight:normal">The second improvement is the use of multidirectional antennas. Currently, a 2G/3G/4G antenna transmits the same signal in all directions, which means that it transmits the signal for your mobile in a lot of unnecessary directions. The antennas provided for 5G work with a principle of &#8220;phased array&#8221; which allows to orient the signal and there are several dozen mini antennas (even hundreds) per antenna. So a 5G antenna (here we are talking about an entire panel placed on a mast) contains a lot of mini antennas which allows it to transmit specifically in a more precise direction, this saves energy by not transmitting in unnecessary directions and also to use one or more antennas in the same direction to boost the signal when necessary.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight:bold;padding-bottom:0.5em;"><span style="font-weight:normal">The third improvement is the use of higher frequencies. Until now the frequencies used by 2G/3G/4G generally did not go beyond 3.5 GHz. With 5G it is planned to use much higher frequencies, especially around 26-28 GHz, but also more widely from 3 GHz to 60 GHz. This is necessary in order to be able to increase the bandwidth of the connection, because at present, being globally limited between 800 MHz (0.8 GHz) and 3.5 GHz, the speed cannot be significantly increased. Because for that it would be necessary to be able to allocate, for example, a single frequency band from 2 GHz to 3 GHz for a single mobile, which will limit the number of other phones that can connect at the same time. From 0.8 GHz to 3.5 GHz, you can make 2 connections of this kind, one from 1 to 2 GHz, the other from 2 to 3 GHz and everything is almost used. Whereas with a much wider frequency band from 3 to 60 GHz, you can allocate 3-4 GHz to one phone, 4-5 to another, 5-6 to another, etc. There is enough to do this for 50 simultaneous connections. With the current frequencies between 0.8 and 3.5 GHz, a connection to a mobile allocates in general around 100 MHz (0.1 GHz), which limits the transfer rate quite significantly.</span></li>

<strong>Deployment steps</strong><br />
Overall there are two quite distinct, right now, in 2020, we are only in the early stages of the first step.</p>

Right now we can say that what is being deployed is 4G+, it is not yet the planned 5G as expected when it will be fully deployed. The telecommunication companies are in the process of deploying the improvements 1 and 2 mentioned above, ie. improve the interconnection network between the transmission antennas to reduce latency times/delays and set up panels with multidirectional mini-antennas.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight:bold;padding-bottom:0.5em;"><span style="font-weight:normal">The second stage of deployment is the use of higher frequencies, beyond 3-3.5 GHz.<br />
It is far from being tested in full-scale, there are still lots of technical problems to solve, mobilephones are still totally not ready, the higher frequency bands are not yet allocated in lots of countries, etc. The panels currently deployed do not yet support these new frequencies.</span></li>

I therefore allow myself to take a quick tour of the erroneous information that is present on the internet at the moment.</p>

<li><strong>Use of very high frequencies</strong><br />
The use of frequencies beyond 5-6 GHz is technically very problematic, for 5G it hasn&#8217;t even started. The attributions of these frequencies to the mobile operators are hardly started in a majority of countries in the world and the technical problems associated with the use of these frequencies are multiple.<br />
Do note that high frequencies are already in use since 10-20 years for radio-relay systems, with these drums that everyone can observe at the top of large telecommunications masts.<br />

They can use frequencies between 0 and 80 GHz.<br />
These drums are used to propagate a signal in a straight line, in front of one of these drums, at 5, 10, 20, 50km there must necessarily be another drum opposite perfectly positioned for communication to take place. These drums are used to avoid digging trenches and pulling cables from one antenna to another. It would be really better if they pulled cables to avoid having all these extra waves&#8230; Just know that they have been around for a long time and that high frequencies are already used.<br />
These drums are even already used in cities for communications from one building to another for certain companies, in a straight line in very high floors where there is no obstacle between two buildings.<br />
Orgonites have already shown their effects thousands of times with these drums, so we also know that they are ready for the massive arrival of these high frequencies in the urban world. Even if once again, I am not very happy with these technological developments made without paying much attention to the health impacts.<br />
Very high frequencies cannot generally be easily used in a dense urban environment, that&#8217;s why there are still a lot of technical problems to be resolved for the real 5G as it is imagined. High frequencies, beyond 5-10 GHz, penetrate very badly through buildings, human bodies and any other obstacle. You need free air, windows, paper/plastic and nothing else. It will always be the lowest frequencies that will be used to make connections through denser walls and materials. So to receive 5G at 1Gbps in an apartment it will be necessary to have a 5G antenna in a straight line somewhere not far away and which passes through the window, the use of these high frequencies will be completely impossible if there is a wall in the path. This is why the principle of very precise multidirectional antennas is important. These antennas must detect when it is possible to use such or such frequency towards a telephone, based on the obstacles which are between the antenna and this mobile.<br />
It is also why it is true that there will probably be a frenzy to cut trees and other obstacles in the environment to allow 5G to pass and why antennas will be needed everywhere. Because it must also be understood that the high frequencies of microwaves cannot emit very far, the signals at 60 GHz for example cannot emit a well detectable signal further than 1-2km (on the contrary a signal of 800 MHz/0.8 GHz can easily be received several tens of kilometers away, this is why television by antenna uses frequencies between 500 and 800 MHz).<br />
That said, at the moment there has been a lot of false information about trees that have been cut in cities and where it has been blamed on 5G, when it was always for reasons of urban planning, too old trees, reconstruction of an avenue, etc. even if sometimes these actions are sometimes still absurd. At present, in 2020, this is useless because no equipment deployed on a large scale in an urban environment emits at those frequencies, but it is good to remain vigilant on this aspect. If one day it will really be necessary to cut a lot of trees everywhere to allow for the arrival of 5G at very high speed, this will probably not be done so easily and will even be an obstacle to an all-out use of 5G, because it will really have to disfigure our environment. But it will also be necessary to construct buildings with walls made of materials other than concrete, the use of frequencies above 10 GHz in a dense urban environment is a real headache. Just as the use of these high frequencies in a sparse rural environment, because it will take a lot of antennas close to each house to serve signals at 10-30 GHz, this is simply absurd and economically unsustainable. Burying fiber optic cables will be much cheaper.</p>

<p><a name="oxygen60ghz"></a></p>
<li><strong>The frequency of 60 GHz and oxygen</strong><br />
There is a lot of false information on this subject right now too.<br />
The frequency of 60 GHz corresponds to lines of absorption of oxygen and water vapor, so the weakening of radio waves at these frequencies is very important. Put more simply, water vapor and oxygen greatly block the passage of signals at frequencies of 60 GHz, which means that these frequencies have not been allocated historically, more precisely the band of 57-64 GHz, because nobody considered them interesting. Nowadays, imagining a wifi router just for a room is possible, even sometimes preferable because it prevents the signal from going out of the room, which is a good measure of security. So the 60 GHz frequencies are starting to interest the industry, for people/objects detection/counting radars too. Since these frequencies were not attractive at one time, there is no license to use these frequencies today in most countries, which makes them very attractive. Otherwise one has to pay dearly to create devices using such or such frequencies.<br />
These frequencies, due to their technical characteristics have advantages of non-interference between them, because they only go in the desired direction, for any other direction, since oxygen and water vapor absorb them, they do not spread.<br />
There is already, since around 2013, a WiFi standard (IEEE802.11ad) called WiGig using frequencies at 60 GHz to offer theoretical speeds of 2GBps, but it is the industry that is trying to go too fast. Because in practical use few people manage to get a better speed than WiFi in 2-5 GHz. These extraordinary speeds only work a few meters from the router and very badly. Yet these WiGig routers began to be marketed in 2016, in 4 years of existence this technology is still almost unusable in the real world.<br />
We can already see the limits of the absurd use of these high frequencies. There is sensational publicity for real results that are actually completely unusable.<br />
Even in a very narrow straight line, as explained above for the drums, these very high frequencies only work for distances of 1-2km, drums which transmit at 10, 20, 50km use much lower frequencies. At the moment there are no wireless technology capable of competing with the transfer rates of fiber optics.<br />
There are already 60 GHz drums used for urban communications of less than 1-1.5 km, but for these drums to work they must be placed in areas where there is absolutely no obstacle between them, otherwise they cannot work. They are generally used in high places in large cities to pass a signal from one building to another not too far away.

<li><strong>Hundreds of birds killed by 5G</strong><br />
These types of stories were already widespread for the transition from 3G to 4G too, there is none that has been proven true over time, there are cases where there is no answer. But for example, a recent case about dead birds in the Netherlands at the Hague in the Huijgenspark in 2020 or at the end of 2019 for the 5G test. However it turns out that this mass death took place in October 2018 for partially understandable reasons (dead birds with bruises, due to high speed shocks).<br />

<strong>Health implications</strong><br />
Having explained all the broad outlines of the subject, in these technical details, I must approach the health aspect, but calmly.<br />
It was necessary to straighten out the subject, dead birds in droves, 60 GHz, breathing difficulties due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) and many other aberrations published on social networks are just false.<br />
I understand the panic of many people who are afraid of health repercussions, large-scale tracking, overuse of technology, etc. But this panic also makes people believe in a lot of things that only amplify the panic, when they are false.</p>
<p>That is not to say that the deployment of 5G should be taken lightly. I am personally generally against it, but I also see some good things in it, unfortunately they come linked with many bad aspects!<br />
For example, the principle of very precise multidirectional antennas is really a principle which makes sense, the antennas would no longer emit unnecessarily in unwanted directions. But on the other hand there is no limit for the moment to how many antennas could transmit towards a mobile, a person could be somewhere with 8 antennas transmitting towards it.<br />
The principle of energy saving is also useful.<br />
The principle of having faster connections (especially response time) is also useful and this evolution has nothing to do with changes in the radiowaves.<br />
On the other hand, the use of very high frequencies when it is clearly demonstrated that these frequencies are strongly absorbed by living beings is very bad, given how it is developing at present. Because from a purely theoretical point of view, normally this would be good, because the antennas should only transmit when the conditions are good, that is to say that there is no obstacle between the antenna and the object to connect to. In this case there is no reason to worry about the direct health effects on an animal/human, since there will be nothing in the way of the waves.<br />
But, in practice, the theory is not applied, we can already see it with manufacturers who have been trying to sell WiFi routers (WiGig) at 60 GHz since around 2016, these routers still do not implement any of the selectivity rules of 5G wave emission, that is, emit only when there is no obstacle. This is what is fundamentally wrong every time, the ideas are good, but they are deployed so quickly that in the end it lacks three quarters of the original idea. Obstacle detection technologies are still in research, it will take time for them to work well, meanwhile manufacturers will most likely already try to deploy 5G without all of what it is supposed to be.</p>
<p>That being said, even if antennas emit at 30-60 Ghz only when there is no obstacle, it still does not take into account the effects of these radiowaves on the environment. They will obviously not have a direct impact on living beings, since they are not supposed to be emitted on a living being, but these waves interact with matter in ways that are still almost not documented. With orgonites we have very striking results of the effects of these waves on a large scale on the climate, even if they are non-ionizing and supposedly harmless, their effects on the climate are clear in certain situations.<br />
In Spain, there are antennas along the whole coast, with drums (radio-relay systems) which relay signals from one antenna to another, a person had placed orgonites at most of these antennas around 2010, on almost 2000 km of the coastline. These antennas clearly created a kind of invisible barrier that prevented rain coming from the Atlantic from entering Spain. Once all these antennas were gifted (orgonites added close) there was much more rain coming from the Atlantic. Before that they were really blocked.<br />
Of course, it would also be necessary to take into account the effects of atmospheric pollutants, which tamper with precipitations or modify the movements of air masses by causing or preventing rainfall, warming/cooling the atmosphere by reflecting the sun or infrared rays, etc. this is still relevant. The subject is very broad.</p>
<p>Non-ionizing waves, even in the open air, have effects that are still largely ignored by science. Thus, since science and industry do not consider these effects, they do not conduct any researches. We continue to deploy technologies whose effects on a large scale are completely unknown.</p>
<p>The effects on living beings do not even need to be mentioned, there are so many studies that are ignored. If 5G was really properly deployed it could help mitigate the effects of the waves by transmitting only in the desired directions and when necessary, but we unfortunately know that private companies are still going too fast and do things always halfway.</p>
<p>Thus, if 5G is deployed without all the technology it is supposed to be, the fact that the waves in the frequencies of 10-60 GHz and more are very absorbed by any obstacle is one of the subjects of most concern for some scientists. Because these frequencies have wavelengths that will make human hair act like antennas, insects with their antennas will pick up these frequencies too, etc. It is undeniable that this will have harmful repercussions on the health of many living beings. Again, as in the past, these effects are subtle and mild in most cases, but accumulated over long periods of time these effects become harmful, like those that are now known with regards to brain tumors that form after heavy use for more than 10 years on the side of the ear which has been very exposed to a mobile phone. At the moment we cannot predict exactly what these new frequencies will do, but it is obvious that they will have deleterious effects.<br />
The effects of high power waves have also been proven for years, some trees placed in front of transmitting antennas have a large part of their foliage which is totally killed.</p>

Our findings also suggest that plants seem to be more responsive to certain frequencies, especially the frequencies between (i) 800 and 1500 MHz (p < 0.0001), (ii) 1500 and 2400 MHz (p < 0.0001) and (iii) 3500 and 8000 MHz (p = 0.0161)</p></blockquote>
<p>Having said that, it should be remembered that you mustn&#8217;t believe in everything and anything too quickly, there are also trees that die from prolonged, repeated droughts and empty water tables. With the waves, the trees show signs, often with one part of the tree dead and the other alive, but an antenna will not kill an entire forest.<br />

On the other hand, as explained above, artificial waves have little documented effects on the climate, the accumulation of artificial waves in the environment can very clearly cause disturbances which lead for example to exacerbate droughts and therefore cause the slow death of forests.</p>
<p>Not to mention the SpaceX/Starlink satellites etc. which will further increase the density of artificial waves in the environment.</p>
<p>The potential effects of artificial waves on living beings are well demonstrated by many scientific studies: <a href="/?p=12604&#038;lang=en">Scientific publications on the effects of artificial microwaves on living beings</a></p>
<p>There is another important aspect to take into account on this subject, all artificial electromagnetic waves are polarized. This is the most important difference between natural electromagnetic waves, which have globally random polarizations, and artificial electromagnetic waves, which have fixed polarizations. The density of artificial electromagnetic waves has considerably increased in the human environment since the years 1990-2000, but what makes them have cumulative deleterious effects is their fixed polarization. Because there are lots of natural electromagnetic waves from everywhere, visible light, infrared, UV-A, UV-B, but these natural waves have random polarizations, that way they do not disturb the living world, which has been used to them for millennia.<br />
The proliferation of artificial waves in our environment is clearly a problem that will one day have to be taken into account, because the cumulation of these polarized waves creates interference zones where the power of these waves becomes large enough to induce effects on living cells, at minimal scales of a few tens of millivolts, very locally, therefore difficult to detect by measuring devices. These electrical potentials are sufficient to affect the permeability of the cells and for example disturb the exchange processes of ions of calcium, potassium, sodium, etc. in the human body.<br />

<p>As also explained in the above section: <a href="#sanitaryproblems">Health implications</a>, there are already a lot of past results from using orgonites on the climate during <a href="/?page_id=1251&#038;lang=en" title="What’s gifting">giting</a> on a large scale on transmitting antennas. Because these already have drums (relays/radio-relay systems) transmitting at frequencies up to 80 GHz since more than 10-20 years, although in reality these drums most often emit around 5-15 GHz because the higher frequencies don&#8217;t go far enough.<br />
Orgonites have already shown their effects on the climate with these antennas many times in the past, you can see it on the <a href="/?page_id=948&#038;lang=en">Blog</a> which describes some of my own giftings. It is always a very similar effect, when the climatic conditions lend themselves to it, the sky uncovers itself and forms a sort of thinning/circular opening in the clouds above certain antennas and/or areas. It is an effect very similar to that which also occurs sporadically above a <a href="/?p=426&#038;lang=en">Cloudbuster</a>.</p>
<p><strong>Orgonites work on the frequencies of 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, 6G, 7A, 8G, etc. It&#8217;s that simple.</strong><br />
As explained above: <a href="#deploymentsteps">Deployment steps</a>, when the frequencies will increase, it will also work, even if this evolution is still far from being massively deployed.</p>
<p>Whether for WiFi, 3G, 4G, 5G, 6G, 7G it&#8217;s the same, all orgonites work equally well, if someone says somewhere that it requires an evolution of orgonite (to add certain metals , certain stones, certain shapes, etc.), this is simply not true. Any well fabricated orgonite (<a href="/?page_id=866&#038;lang=en">Basic rules to make orgonites</a>) works very well to neutralize the harmful effects of microwaves for any frequency.<br />

<p>Do not expect artificial waves to disappear, orgonites do not work like this, they decrease the harmful effects of these waves on our body, they help living beings to react differently to waves, to be less affected. The sources emitting the waves cannot change, but the orgonites act on the environment and the artificial waves present with, described briefly, two complementary processes:</p>

<p>There is just one type of orgonite on this site which seems to be more effective against the radiowaves than the others, these are the <a href="/?p=386&#038;lang=en">Induction TB</a>.<br />
It is still not clear exactly why, but the feedback from people who are slightly electro-sensitive, or very electro-sensitive, always go in this direction.<br />

Feedback from people who did gifting on antennas has often indicated that an <a href="/?p=386&#038;lang=en">Induction TB</a> had as much effect as 2-4 basic <a href="/?p=13&#038;lang=en">TB</a>.</p>

<strong>How to place orgonites and how many?</strong><br />

<blockquote><p>As a general rule just place the orgonite the closest to where you want the positive effect. If it’s to transmute the electromagnetic waves of a WiFi router, place the orgonite on it, or under, or next to it. If its’ for a plant place the orgonite at the base of the plant. If it’s to purify/energise water or drinking water put the orgonite just next to the bottle/jug etc. If it’s for yourself, just keep it in your pocket or bag or wherever you can keep it, close to your bed or under your bed if you are prone to sleeping problems, it might help, even a lot for some.</p></blockquote>
<p>To go into more detail, specifically regarding electromagnetic waves, the best thing to do is to have some <a href="/?p=386&#038;lang=en">Induction TB(s)</a> to place near the objects that emit the most, or in the path where the waves come from, if you know it. And a few more basic <a href="/?p=13&#038;lang=en">TB(s)</a> to disperse in or around your home.<br />
<a href="/?p=1925&#038;lang=en">Gifting TB(s)</a> do the job very well too, they&#8217;re just a little less pretty.</p>
<p>Having orgonites dispersed in a fairly homogeneous way in a house, or around a house, means that the harmful effects of artificial waves coming from outside are generally neutralized. As explained just before, by the two complementary processes. Firstly they restore a greater balance in the coalescence fractals in the close environment, secondly, if distributed everywhere on/in the place, they promote a more random polarization of the artificial waves.</p>
<blockquote><p>The only concrete observation of these effects which has already been observed many times is in apartments surrounded by several wifi transmitters. Often a person can observe in this environment that there are 10-20 and more wifi networks picked up on a computer or smartphone.<br />
After scattering 10-20 orgonites (TBs) around the apartment, many people observed that all the very weak wifi networks disappeared. This is due to the randomization of polarization that occurs. Polarization is a property of waves that is often forgotten, because everything is done nowadays to capture regardless of the direction of the polarization, with multidirectional reception antennas. But if you observe the transmitting antennas, they are often vertical, to emit a circular field around the antenna; a vertically polarized field.<br />
Most of the artificial waves emitted have a fixed polarization, generally vertical.<br />
The orgonites scattered in a house will pick up and re-emit the waves and randomize the polarization due to the totally random positioning of the metal shavings which pick up/reflect/re-emit (in addition to other subtle effects not measurable with devices today).<br />
As a result, low intensity waves become very difficult to capture as they lose their fixed polarization.<br />
It is also this effect which makes the artificial waves more bearable, a human being can bear waves as already explained above, it is the excess of polarized waves in a fixed way which is harmful. The more the polarizations are random, the more they are bearable by a human body. In nature, electromagnetic waves (at frequencies other than our artificial waves) are almost always randomly polarized except perhaps in certain configurations of places which favor polarization because of fairly ordered reflections.</p></blockquote>
<p>That said, don&#8217;t forget that the more you place orgonites around you the more it increases the vibratory rate of the place, by what is described above as the greater balance of coalescence fractals. Be aware that this can lead to other effects in addition to protecting you from harmful wave effects: <a href="/?page_id=568&#038;lang=en">Effects of orgonite on living things</a>.<br />
These other effects are very beneficial in the long term, but initially it can sometimes be disturbing. That said, the most frequent initial observation is still very beneficial, better sleep.</p>
<p><a name="whatothermethod"></a><br />
<strong>What else can be done to protect oneself from artificial waves?</strong><br />
The best solution would be to go out in nature, far from everything&#8230; Since it is almost impossible for the majority of people to do this, there are a few general rules which are nevertheless good to follow.</p>
<ul>
<li style="padding-bottom:0.5em;">Keep as far as possible all the sources of waves on which we can act. For example, turn off the WiFi function of routers at home and wire the whole house with Ethernet cables. Deactivate the &#8220;mobile data&#8221; mode of mobile phones when it is not necessary, activate it only when it is necessary. Even put them in airplane mode. Do not have a cordless landline phone, etc. If you&#8217;re not be able to turn off the wave sources during the day, do so at least at night, they really disturb sleep, even if these effects are very subtle and difficult to notice. Because according to many studies, all damage to DNA and cells caused by waves is reversible when they are not too serious, so making sure that we have at least a sleep without exposure to artificial waves is already better than nothing so that our body can regenerate well at night. If you live in an apartment and the waves come from the neighbouring wall, obviously it will probably be hard to motivate this neighbour to change his habits, in that case the best thing to do is to arrange our place to have the places where we stay fixed at home (sofa, desk, etc.) as far as possible from where these waves come.<br />
It is always the same recommendation, expose yourself as little as possible to the waves and if you cannot avoid it, try to be as far as possible from the source of these waves and/or stay there as little as possible.</li>
<li style="padding-bottom:0.5em;">If you are the owner of your home and have the means, a simple and effective method, for life, to remove all the radiation that can come from the electrical network of the house: PLC, pulsed signals of Smart-meters, pulsed signals leaking from the electrical network coming from neighbours, etc. is to install a shielded wiring with earthing. It has to be done only once, it has its cost, but once done, no matter what passes and will pass through the cables, they will never leak any electromagnetic pollution again. It is almost obvious that these cables will one day become the norm for all new constructions.</li>
<li style="padding-bottom:0.5em;">The third solution, which is less easy to implement, is to use Faraday cages. This is what is done in the above explanation with shielded cables, these are cables with a complete metal exterior, which has the effect of a Faraday cage. A completely closed metal box prevents any electromagnetic wave from entering or leaving it, this is the effect of a Faraday cage. Some extremely electro-sensitive people are forced to cover all the walls of their housing with metallic paints to transform their place into a Faraday cage. It&#8217;s really an extreme version of the subject. If you are not highly electro-sensitive it is not necessarily necessary, there are less complete alternatives, but very useful to protect certain parts of a home. If you cannot for example change the opinion of the neighbours who have many sources of radiowaves in their place, you can find canopies (curtains) for your bed in fine metal mesh, they have their price, but once again, it is a lifetime investment. You can also close it completely by doing the same above and below the bed, to at least have a sleep out of reach of any artificial wave, this is the most important. In a more simplified version, it is also possible to cover for example a door of a room with a metal plate, connected to the earth socket, this will pick up all the waves coming from behind the door and they will not be able to reach you. This is again a good option if you are in an apartment and disturbed by a neighbour&#8217;s WiFi, if you know where it is, behind which wall, you can place a 2m x 2m aluminium plate connected to an earth socket, the thinnest plate possible, the thickness is not particularly important. Since waves propagate in a straight line from the source point from which these waves are produced, this plate will almost completely protect you from all the radiation coming from this neighbouring WiFi.</li>
<li style="padding-bottom:0.5em;">Lastly, attention must be paid to diet, health, sleep, stress, etc. It is always very important to remember this, because a large majority of scientific studies nevertheless indicate that pulsed artificial waves have very negligible impacts on the human body if they are of low power. When healthy, the human body is normally quite able to withstand these effects. It is obviously even better if it would not have to withstand them, without waves it would clearly be better. It is a general observation that may be made, that highly electrosensitive people are in the vast majority also affected by one or more autoimmune diseases. The question of whether electro-sensitivity caused the weakening of the immune system or whether the weakened immune system caused electro-sensitivity is another question, such as the fact that perhaps there are also genetic predispositions, intoxication of the body with certain heavy metals, etc. It is too long to enter into this debate here, it is just to clarify that I do not denigrate electro-sensitive people, but this observation is often frequent, they have a weakened immune system for reasons sometimes hard to elucidate. For a rather healthy person, having a weakened immune system necessarily makes us more vulnerable, our body is normally very able to resist waves if they are of weak power and that the density of the radiations is not too dense.</li>

<p>Tamiflu was developed several years ago after lab tests showed it slowed the replication of viruses in the lab dish. Tests in humans showed it reduced the normal 5 to 7 day course of Flu by 1.5 to 2.5 days. It did not prevent, cure nor reduce the effects of Flu. At best it is a palliative or pain reliever to &#8220;treat the symptoms,&#8221; but not cure to the disease.</p>
<p>Most medical doctors mistakenly believe in the &#8220;anti-body&#8221; response of the immune system as the method by which the body fights viral infections. But not so. The body causes a fever above 101 degrees which stops the telomeres on the ends of the virus from allowing any viral replication.</p>
<p>The fever is the human or mammalian body&#8217;s primary generalized immune system response to any viral infection. Any palliative treatment which reduces the fever of flu infections will prolong the infection and may lead to irreparable damage or death, mostly from the resulting viral pneumonia. But the pneumonia was caused by lowering the fever and allowing uncontrolled viral replication in the lungs. Most cold and flu medications, including aspirin and Tamiflu are in this palliative class.</p>
<p>In the last two years, doctors have been treating patients who have H5N1 Bird Flu. The results are that 50% or half of the treated patients die of viral pneumonia. Were the deaths caused by a &#8220;new&#8221; more virulent strain of Bird Flu or was it the &#8220;new&#8221; use of a new anti-viral called Tamiflu? A good doctor would know the difference. </p>
<h4>Solving the Problem of Viral Infections</h4>
<p>Recently a BroJon Digest reader, named Doreen, wrote to ask some of the questions which were also asked by hundreds of other readers. She wrote:</p>
<p>&#8220;I read your article about the &#8220;Bird Flu&#8221;, and had a couple questions for you. First, are you a scientist? Second, while your article seems informative (and I agree with your conclusions that the so-called Pandemic is a major scam), I do not get enough information about the difference between Reproduction and Replication, concerning bacteria (reproduce) and virus (replicate)&#8230; replicate reminds me of Star Trek, and the replicators on the Enterprise! If you cannot explain the difference for me, can you refer me to a site that can?&#8221;</p>
<p>Very good questions. Yes, I am a senior scientist. I have multiple university degrees. I spent several decades working as a senior scientist/engineer for NASA. One of my NASA projects was the rat and monkey biological experiment which flew on the Shuttle Challenger in 1985. I worked directly with astronaut/scientist Dr. Robert Obermeyer. I worked in the ultra-clean lab, testing the cages and data-instrumentation which I built for the experiment, while Bob Obermeyer took the animals in the surgical room and implanted the animals with tiny transmitters which were then recorded on my computer system.</p>
<p>I have long been a medical researcher, but I don&#8217;t have a medical degree nor license. Thus I don&#8217;t see things the way most doctors do. One of the things with which I disagree with most, compared to the medical profession is how viruses replicate and infect cells.</p>
<p>Using my degrees in physics and engineering, I studied the surface coatings of viruses. That is how I discovered that the replication of viruses is a very close analog of sexual reproduction. I have not seen that written in any medical textbooks nor journal articles, so, Doreen, I can&#8217;t direct you to any websites for more information. So I will explain it to you as best I can.</p>
<h4>The Big Difference Between Bacteria and Viruses &#8211; What Most Doctors Never Learned in Medical School</h4>
<p>Bacteria are large single-celled animals which are large enough to be seen in a microscope. The bacteria is a protein bag enclosing a fluid which mimics sea water in saltiness and acidity. This reflects the fact that all animal and plant lifeforms on earth formed in the salty ocean of earth. Now, all animal cells carry their salty ocean internally. This cytoplasmic cell fluid contains many parts, including the nucleus of the cell which is very similar to a virus, and many primitive small sub-bacteria which are in each cell, called by such names as mitochondria and golgi-apparatus among others.</p>
<p>These sub-parts are very simple separate bacteria-like bodies which have specific functions in the cell such as collecting oxygen or actually doing the breathing, and other parts which take the sugar, fat and proteins in the blood stream and as they transfer into the cell fluid they are converted into food and energy for each cell. Thus, bacteria are living cells which, (1) can move, (2) can locate and eat food, combining the food and oxygen to make energy, and (3) can reproduce by making copies of each cell by dividing down the middle and making two new identical cells from the original one.</p>
<p>But, unlike bacterial cells, viruses are not alive. They cannot do anything which cells or bacteria can do. All viruses have only two simple parts, (1) a single long strand of a molcule called DNA which may have millions of atoms in the long string, and (2) an outer layer of protective protein bag material, which is made up of the broken parts of the cellular or bacterial protein bag from which the virus last escaped. Viruses are not alive and cannot grow their own protein bag coating. Viruses are so much more tiny than are cells, being made only of a single string of atoms, they cannot be seen with a normal microscope. They can only be seen with electron microscopes.</p>
<p>The DNA strand in the middle of the virus is a long string of connected single sugar molecules called Ribose. Onto each and every Ribose sugar molecule is then attached an amino acid. This process of making DNA can only occur inside a host bacteria cell which has a large supply of free amino acids floating in the salty cytoplasmic fluid. There are about 17 amino acids in the proteins which humans eat, but only 4 critical amino acids are used to make DNA. The banding or repeating pattern of the 4 amino acids, like a string of colored beads, is used to make partial copies of sections of the DNA to make protein-string hormones which control how cells operate and reproduce. These partial protein copies of small sections of the DNA molecule, are actually hormones which communicate with and control other cells, and are what make the cells of your body grow and live.</p>
<h4>How Your Body Uses Viral-Type DNA Molecules &#8212; How DNA Is Used As a Normal Part of Making Your Body Work</h4>
<p>The DNA molecules in your cells are similar to a virus DNA, but with several differences. The DNA in your cells are made of two parallel long strands which are electrically bonded together. Over simplifying how they are put together, you could say one half of the double strand came from your mother and the other half came from your father. The two halves are bonded together to make a diploid or complete double strand which makes a compete animal or plant DNA molecule found in the nucleus of all living cells. But the viral DNA is only half of the long double string molecule, it does not have a mother nor father. It only makes repeated identical copies of the original half or haploid molecule itself. Thus the virus cannot &#8220;reproduce&#8221; in the same way cells do.</p>
<p>But your body actually does the same thing. When a woman ovulates she causes complete cells, which normally divide in half, to instead divide into four parts in her ovaries to divide the original double strand DNA molecule into four single strand ova. Each ovum is a half or haploid version of your original DNA. The normal reproduction of all the cells in your body simply divide into two exact diploid copies. This process is called Mitosis and occurs in almost all of your cells every week or so. But once a month in women, certain cells in the ovary divide by a unique process called Meiosis which causes the cells to divide into four identical parts. But each new primitive cell has only half of the normal DNA strand. Each haploid cell is an ovum, and has the same atomic and molecular single-strand structure as a virus DNA.</p>
<p>The same thing occurs each month in men, when the sperm are made by dividing a body DNA molecule into four to make four haploid or half DNA molecules, which is all that is inside a sperm body. Neither ova nor sperm are living cells. They can&#8217;t reproduce by themselves. They are each more like a single haploid DNA virus. By sexual reproduction, which is almost exactly the same as a virus entering a cell, the haploid or half DNA from mother and father are combined into a diploid or full double DNA strand thus producing a new living cell, destined to become a new human being. Viruses don&#8217;t do that. They simply keep making exact copies of the original haploid or half DNA. They are not alive. They cannot grow or mutate from one form of bird flu into another. They are more like inanimate crystals, which can only copy more crystals. They don&#8217;t grow and mutate. Also, just like a sperm entering through the unique cell wall of an ovum, which is specific to each species, meaning a cow sperm cannot enter into a sheep ovum, a virus cannot enter into just any other cell which has a protein coating different from the coating on the original virus. That&#8217;s why humans can&#8217;t get bird flu.</p>
<p>The set of the specific four amino acids which are used to make DNA are called Nucleic Acids when they attach along the long strand of sugar Ribose molecules. When they are attached they are called Ribo-Nucleic Acids. When the whole long strand of millions of RiboNucleic Acids have completely attached from one end of the long chain to the other, it releases an Oxygen atom at the end of the string, carrying away an electron, and then the whole chain is stuck or bonded together by electrical forces. The release of the Oxygen atom is called Deoxyfication. This whole long chain, when it is completely filled, and then de-oxyfied is called De-oxy-ribo Nucleic Acid, or as we know it, DNA.</p>
<p>That is also all that a virus is. Just a long chain of millions of the four amino acids all stuck together in a certain pattern. The only difference between the millions of types of viruses, is the repeating bead-like patterns of the four amino acids along the chain. The virus DNA cannot move by itself, it cannot locate, breath and eat food, and it cannot divide in half and make copies of itself or reproduce the way bacterial cells do. A Virus does not fit the definition of a living thing. It is more like the repeating patterns of atoms in a crystal.</p>
<h4>How Your Cells Use DNA to Reproduce But Viruses Can Only Replicate &#8211; The Mystery of Viral Replication Explained</h4>
<p>The only thing that a virus does is a process called Replication. When a virus enters one of your cells, it escapes from within its own old protein surface coating and it stretches out into a long string. The viral DNA then collects millions of free amino acids floating in your salty cell fluid to make a mirror image copy of the four types of amino acids in the viral chain. This reversed mirror image chain is called Retro-deoxy-ribo Nucleic Acid or shortened to RNA. The RNA molecule is special and continues to make another mirror image of itself which is, of course, an exact copy of the original viral DNA. This unique method of making a mirror image of a mirror image to make an exact copy of the original viral DNA is the only method a virus can use to make copies. This is called Replication.</p>
<p>The RNA molecule string will then continue to make many, many copies which result in the original viral DNA now having thousands of exact duplicate DNA copies all made from the amino acids stolen from your cell fluid. This starves your cell of all the amino acids and in a matter of minutes, destroys it. The original virus and its many replicate copies are now free to invade your other body cells.</p>
<p>But before leaving the infected cell, the thousands of new viral DNA copies then steal pieces of the protein bag coating from your damaged and dying cell, and then covers the viral DNA with stolen cell wall material. This is the trick by which the virus can exist in your body. By covering itself with the old cell wall from your own cells, the virus then hides from your immune system, since the virus now looks like just one of your own friendly cells and not a dangerous foreign virus.</p>
<h4>How A Single Virus May Seem To Be Hundreds of Different Types &#8211; The Difference Between Types H5N1 and H3N2 is the Stolen Surface Coat</h4>
<p>This means that any certain virus may have many different surface coatings, depending on where it last came from. If it last came from a bird, it is a bird virus and can only infect birds. If the same virus had escaped from a pig or hog, then it is a porcine or pig virus. It is almost impossible for humans to get viruses from horses, dogs, birds or snakes.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, it is quite easy for humans to get viruses from pigs, because of the strange similarity in the tissue typing of pig and human tissue. The atomic structure of the surface coat on pig viruses are similar enough that the pig virus can enter human cells. This is why cell tissue from pigs, such as heart valves, pancreatic insulin and other body parts from pigs can be used in humans. Oddly, it is hard for viruses from our closest mammalian neighbors, the chimps and gorillas, to enter into humans. Simian viruses simply are not close enough with the same cell surface types as human viruses.</p>
<p>That is about as clear as I can explain Viral Replication. It is the process of the copying of atoms and molecules of DNA and RNA in a specific order. It has nothing to do with the dividing and splitting or Reproduction of living cells or beings.</p>
<p>The trick here, Doreen, is that for the viral RNA to make many, many replica copies of the original DNA virus, the viral RNA molecule must detach and release each new DNA copy into the cell fluid, to open up all the atomic connecting spaces along the chain of the long RNA molecule, in order to make room for the next new copy.</p>
<h4>How To Instantly Stop The Viral Replication Process &#8211; Why Mammals are Different from Reptiles and Birds</h4>
<p>What causes the RNA copy to completely release the newly made copy, and unzip the new DNA virus from the RNA master copy is something at the end of the molecule chain, called a  <strong> telomere</strong>. When the DNA copy is complete, the electrical charge on the RNA Telomere changes, like flipping an electrical switch, and it then releases and repels the new DNA copy by electrical forces. But the RNA Telomere is temperature sensitive, it won&#8217;t release a new copy if it is too warm.</p>
<p>If the temperature of the Telomere on the end of the RNA chain is too hot &#8212; meaning above 102 degrees F, then the Telomere cannot unzip and release the new DNA copy. The RNA and the new DNA viral copy are electrically bonded together &#8212; and they are stuck &#8212; they can&#8217;t unzip and separate. Thus, the original viral DNA cannot replicate even one copy of itself using the RNA if you have a fever of about 101 to 102 degrees. That is why humans and all warm-blooded mammals on earth produce a fever when infected with a virus, since it prevents the original viral DNA from replicating any copies of itself at all. Thus &#8212; the end of the line for the original virus and any viral replication. That is also why most viruses on earth come from birds and reptiles, since they cannot raise their body temperature to cause a fever, and the viruses can run rampant among those animals. Sometimes a viral infections can wipe out and cause complete extinctions among reptiles, amphibians and birds. This is rare among warm-blooded mammals which can create fevers when infected with viruses.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s also why we have fevers. And that is why reducing the fever with Nyquil, or Aspirin or other cold and flu medications can kill you when the Viral RNA is allowed to unzip millions of copies of the original single Viral DNA molecule. Each new copy of the original viral DNA can then repeat the process and quickly produce billions of copies of itself in an hour or so, and start infecting more and more of your cells, until it kills you. But the high temperature or a fever will stop the viral replication process instantly.</p>
<h4>Where to Look for More Information About Viral Replication &#8211; How and Why the CDC Has Misinformed the Public</h4>
<p>So Doreen, I would suggest, instead of doing a web search about Viral Replication which doesn&#8217;t produce much information &#8212; do a web search on &#8220;Telomere&#8221; or &#8220;Telomeres&#8221; and find out about the latest research showing how they affect the aging of living cells and how they are sensitive to temperature. Then you will find out about how virus DNA molecules actually replicate. I don&#8217;t know of any practicing medical doctors who know much about telomeres and viral replication. It seems only medical researchers in the lab know about that important process.</p>

<p>The modern diet is rich in new macromolecules, for which enzymes and mucins are not often adapted.</p>
<p><strong>Even if taken in small quantities or exceptionally, a food containing gluten causes lesions to the intestine.</strong></p>
<p>Currently, the food industries change the cereals in exaggerated ways, they have become even more unassimilable and therefore eve more toxic than they were before.</p>
<h4>The role of gluten in our diet</h4>
<p>Gluten is a protein present in cereals. Gluten influences the baking properties of flour. Gluten absorbs water which is added to the flour and swells such as to produce a dough. During baking, gluten frees-up a part of the retained water and links itself to starch contained in the flour, which ensures the cohesion of the bread.</p>
<p>Gluten can be regarded as a glue for these cereals. It is responsible for the binding and clumping capacity of cereals and their use for the production of pastas and breads. Unfortunately gluten is frequently used in the food industry and can hide itself in a multitude of products, under different names.</p>

<p>Cereals that raise very little, have a very low percentage of prolamine. Quinoa, amaranth and buckwheat are seeds, not grains.</p>
<p>When proteins of cereal and milk are not completely degraded, they cross the intestinal wall and go into the bloodstream.</p>
<p>These peptides then transformed into &#8220;opioid peptides&#8221; will behave in the body like some morphine derivatives and bind with specific receptors for these biochemical substances. By occupying and saturating these receivers, peptides from gluten and casein poorly metabolized, will then lead to behavior disturbances and encourage the development of degenerative diseases and degeneration of the central nervous system. So, stick strictly to authorized flour if you want to get quick and dramatic results.</p>

<h4>Gluten intolerance</h4>
<p>Certains individus ont la possibilité d&#8217;ingérer du <strong>gluten</strong> sans aucune conséquence pathologique (ils sont rares, de plus en plus rares). D&#8217;autres manifesteront certaines pathologies mais ne feront aucun lien avec les intolérances dérivant du lait et du gluten. Certains sujets susceptibles à ces deux substances débelopperont des pathologies, et leurs médecins plus informés feront le lien entre leurs intolérances et allergies liés à leurs pathologies, comme par exemple le gluten peut provoquer des lésions de la muqueuse jéjunale corrélée à tous les symptômes décrits plus haut (tableau du Pr. Reichelt).</p>
<p>Le gluten est reconnu depuis longtemps comme un allergène/antigène majeur. Une réaction d’intolérance sert de base au mécanisme de cette maladie. Le gluten déclenche en tant qu’antigène une réaction immunitaire qui, suite à un apport alimentaire quotidien, aboutit à une réaction inflammatoire chronique avec finalement une atteinte des tissus. Les lésions tissulaires progressent au cours du temps jusqu’à la destruction complète des villosités intestinales.</p>
<p>Si l’on mange mal on va sélectionner certains types de bactéries, c’est-à-dire que suivant le milieu nutritif que l’on va donner à nos bactéries, on va plutôt favoriser les unes par rapport aux autres. On a une mauvaise assimilation : plus on mange moderne, plus on est carencé et on a des micro-villosités défectueuses, et donc on peut de moins en moins absorber et digérer correctement des produits qui sont plus ou moins bien dégradés de ce fait. On n’est plus en phase avec notre environnement. Cela aboutit à une détérioration de la muqueuse intestinale. On crée alors rapidement une hyper perméabilité intestinale.</p>
<p>L’alimentation est un facteur environnemental qui excite le système immunitaire, ce qui fait que la réaction immunitaire s’auto-entretient. Si vous arrêtez d’exciter le système  immunitaire, les choses se calment et petit à petit, il y a une régulation.</p>
<p>On sait que l’alimentation peut modifier jusqu’à 60% l’expression des gènes. On ne va pas créer de nouveaux gènes, mais on peut accentuer très fortement la production de molécules bénéfiques ou au contraire maléfiques. Les aliments que nous mangeons vont directement, sous forme découpée, au niveau du génome. Ce sont des promoteurs du génome.</p>
<p>Dans énormément de maladies graves et compliquées, pour lesquelles il n’y a pas de solution médicamenteuse, si l’on ferme la perméabilité intestinale, immanquablement on va forcément améliorer les choses.</p>
<p>Le mercure augmente la perméabilité intestinale. Il n’est pas seulement toxique pour le cerveau mais aussi pour touts les organes et les tissus.</p>

<h4>Les effets du gluten sur le cerveau</h4>
<p><strong>La protéine pénètre le cerveau et y exerce ses effets pathogènes.</strong></p>
<p>Les peptides opioïdes franchissent d’autant plus aisément la barrière hémato-méningée qu’ils en augmentent la perméabilité et sont retrouvés dans le liquide céphalo-rachidien. Ils perturbent l’apprentissage, l’affectivité, la socialisation.</p>
<p>Nourris au gluten, le rat perd ses facultés d’apprentissage, le chat adopte un comportement bizarre, les chatons, les chiots et les poussins ne pleurent pas lors du sevrage.</p>
<p>Surtout ils perturbent la trophicité et l’organisation cérébrale dans les premières années de vie et à la puberté, périodes de maturation cad des migrations et positionnement des neurones et de la multiplication des cellules gliales dans les différentes couches tissulaires.</p>
<p>Les peptides opioïdes dérivés du gluten ont un rôle étiopathogénique dans l’autisme.</p>
<p>L’association pathogénique gluten-autisme est née des travaux épidémiologiques de Dohan établissant une corrélation quantitative très forte entre l’incidence de la schizophrénie et la consommation de céréales.</p>
<p>Le Pr. Reichelt élargissait cette recherche à l’autisme et établissait, imité par d’autres auteurs, la présence quasi constante et à des taux élevés, de peptides opioïdes dérivés du gluten dans les liquides biologiques d’enfants autistes.</p>
<p>Pour affirmer la responsabilité d’une protéine alimentaire dans le développement d’une maladie, 3 conditions doivent être remplies :</p>
<p>    La protéine alimentaire franchit intacte cad active la muqueuse digestive ;<br />
    La protéine atteint l’organe malade, ici le cerveau, et y exerce ses effets délétères ;<br />
    L’éviction de la protéine incriminée amène la guérison ou l’amélioration des troubles.</p>
<p><strong>Construction pathogénique</strong></p>
<p>Le déficit initial est digestif et enzymatique à l’image des déficits en osidases qui digèrent les sucres alimentaires.</p>
<p>La muqueuse duodénale est déficitaire en peptidase et notamment la dipeptidase de type IV et digère incomplètement le gluten en peptides opioïdes, qui en s’accumulant essaiment dans le sang et exercent leurs effets pathogènes par leur activité sur les récepteurs opioïdes et/ou par leur inhibition des peptidases tissulaires très répandues et dont le rôle dans l’organisme est encore mal connu.</p>
<p>Il est important de différencier ce mécanisme de celui de la maladie coeliaque, la plus emblématique quoique la moins fréquente et souvent la seule connue des pathologies issues d’une « intolérance au gluten ».</p>
<p>Dans la maladie coeliaque, le gluten avec la complicité de l’HLA-DQ2 génère un anticorps fatal à la transglutaminase, enzyme de réparation tissulaire de la muqueuse digestive qui existe dans d’autres tissus (cerveau notamment). C’est la perte de cette faculté de réparation qui entraînera l’atrophie villeuse et le syndrome digestif.</p>
<p>Les « coeliaques » ont de plus, soit par déficit enzymatique soit par effraction muqueuse, une hyperpeptidémie – hyperpeptidurie opioïde responsable d’un tableau neuropsychiatrique (épilepsie, dépression), dans 2/3 des cas.</p>
<p>La maladie coeliaque est une allergie au gluten, mais on sait que 30% des adultes sont intolérants au gluten.</p>
<h4>Le gluten et les atteintes neurologiques</h4>
<p><strong>Sans graisse, riche en fibres, en magnésium et en vitamines B1 et B6, le pain pourrait être un parfait aliment santé, base idéale d’une alimentation saine et équilibrée. Mais…</strong></p>
<p>Nombreuses sont les personnes souffrant de diverses maladies et troubles dès lors qu’elles s’alimentent avec ce « mythique aliment » qu’est le pain.</p>
<p>Maladie coeliaque, maladie de Crohn, cancer des intestins, ajoutés aux pathologies psychiatriques et divers troubles du comportement tels l’autisme, l’hyperactivité, les troubles scolaires ou encore la schizophrénie… Bref tant de pathologies, troubles mentaux plus divers les uns que les autres dont le principal responsable incriminé est… le gluten du pain ! Et malheureusement, nos enfants sont en première ligne concernant les risques.</p>
<p>Pourquoi assistons-nous, de nos jours, à une explosion fulgurante du nombre d’allergies, et principalement d’intolérances aux céréales ?</p>
<p>En quoi le gluten de notre pain serait-il devenu nocif pour l’Homme moderne ?</p>
<p>Quel rôle jouerait-il dans les troubles mentaux ?</p>
<p><strong>Agriculture… évolution et mutation</strong></p>
<p>L’agriculture de l’Homme occidental a délaissé depuis longtemps l’exploitation naturelle des cultures au profit de « l’intensif ». Suivant les régions du monde et durant des milliers d’années, les céréales ont été la base de notre nourriture. Le blé, l’orge, l’avoine, le seigle, le riz… autrefois sauvages, présentaient une très grande variabilité génétique mais ceux-ci furent très vite réduits par l’autopollinisation dans les champs puis par la sélection des espèces par l’Homme.</p>
<p>En effet, dès l’époque romaine, les espèces cultivées présentaient de meilleures capacités à s’agglutiner pour la confection de la pâte à pain, qualité liée à la présence de gluten et furent donc privilégiées.</p>
<p>C’est ainsi que les céréales mutantes caractérisées par un rachis solide (le rachis désigne la fixation de la graine à l’épi) tendent à se multiplier dans les zones cultivées, au détriment des céréales ordinaires : le gluten a fait son apparition dans notre « pain quotidien » !</p>
<p>Bien que l’agriculture permit la sédentarisation de l’humanité, il y eut cependant un prix à payer : la genèse de nouvelles maladies liées au caractère toxique de l’intolérance au gluten, plus communément appelée la maladie coeliaque.</p>
<p><strong>Pourquoi y a-t-il de plus en plus de personnes allergiques et intolérantes aux céréales ?</strong></p>
<p>Pour comprendre la nocivité du gluten, son implication dans les troubles mentaux, il nous faut explorer les unités catalytiques de nos voies métaboliques essentielles : les systèmes enzymatiques.</p>
<p>Je vous amène, donc, avec votre permission, au coeur du carrefour des disciplines biologiques et physicochimiques. Rassurez-vous, je vous épargnerai les mécanismes scientifiques trop complexes. Etes-vous prêt ? Allons-y !</p>
<p><strong>Généralisons :</strong></p>
<p>L’intolérance au gluten se résume à un dérèglement de notre système enzymatique. Les protéines des céréales ne sont, en effet, pas complètement digérées, il en va de notre santé. Même le plus succulent des pains naturels à base de farine de blé bio, pétri avec amour et garanti sans produits chimiques et sans conservateurs, constituerait un redoutable poison pour l’organisme intolérant ! Quels sont les principaux suspects pointés du doigt par bon nombre de chercheurs internationaux (Cf. les études du professeur américain Boyd E. Haley) ? Appelons à la barre les métaux toxiques et les virus…</p>
<p><strong>Les métaux lourds incriminés</strong></p>
<p>Parmi les hypothèses étiopathogéniques les plus fréquemment accréditées dans la littérature internationale scientifique, nous retrouvons les métaux toxiques tels le plomb, le cadmium, l’aluminium et, enfin, l’ennemi numéro un le plus redoutable, le mercure !</p>
<p>Ces métaux, nous les côtoyons au quotidien : amalgames dentaires (mercure, étain, argent), cigarettes (cadmium,<br />
mercure), vaccins en général (aluminium jouant le rôle de conservateur) et plus particulièrement le vaccin contre le ROR rubéole-oreillons-rougeole (mercure sous forme de thimérosal), ou encore pesticides en tout genre, additifs et conservateurs alimentaires, etc. (Cf. les études du Pr Boyd E. Haley, biochimiste et toxicologue américain, des épidémiologistes Jean-Jacques Melet et Marie Grosman et des Pr Maurice Rabache et André Picot<br />
du CNRS en France).</p>
<p><strong>Et gare aux effets indésirables !</strong></p>
<p>En s’accumulant dans l’organisme, les métaux lourds ont une action inhibitrice sur une classe d’enzymes que l’on nomme les peptidases. Ces dernières sont notamment destinées à la dégradation complète d’un ensemble de protéines alimentaires provenant du gluten. Par exemple, le mercure inhibe la DPPIV, une enzyme censée détruire le glutamorphine au cours de la digestion.</p>
<p><strong>Quand l’intestin déraille…</strong></p>
<p>C’est un véritable empoisonnement chronique qui atteint la personne. Les protéines issues du pain, non complètement dégradées, franchissent en premier lieu la paroi intestinale, déjà altérée par le mercure et les virus, et se retrouvent ainsi dans le torrent du système sanguin.</p>
<p>Ces peptides, alors transformés en « peptides opiacés », vont se comporter dans l’organisme exactement comme certains dérivés morphiniques et se fixer sur les récepteurs biochimiques spécifiques à ces substances. En occupant et <strong>en saturant les récepteurs, les peptides provenant du gluten, mal métabolisés, vont alors entraîner des dérèglements du comportement et favoriser le développement de maladies dégénératives du système nerveux central.</strong> En effet, l’accumulation de ces opioïdes inhibe le développement de ce dernier, provoquant ainsi un dysfonctionnement progressif.</p>
<p><strong>Saviez-vous qu’une molécule de gluten contient jusqu’à 16 molécules de dérivés morphiniques ?</strong> Par ailleurs, si, et seulement si, ces sujets présentent des dérèglements du mécanisme enzymatique propre à la glia (ensemble des cellules nerveuses du cerveau), en quelque sorte une altération de la barrière hémato-encéphalique, alors ces glutamorphines peuvent, en second lieu, traverser cette membrane, entraînant une accumulation neuronale et par conséquent favoriser le développement de troubles mentaux et comportementaux.</p>
<p><strong>Virus des vaccins et microbactéries</strong></p>
<p>Les virus des vaccins peuvent circuler dans le sang, se loger dans différentes zones cérébrales, causant ainsi, en association à l’action des glutamorphines, de légères encéphalites, des arrêts du langage, etc.</p>
<p>Pire encore, les micro-organismes (champignons comme le Candida albicans) peuvent s’installer rapidement dans toutes les muqueuses et en particulier dans l’intestin. Véritables envahisseurs, ils contribuent à la formation d’une paroi empêchant l’absorption normale des aliments, des vitamines et… malheureusement du pain !</p>
<p><strong>Les symptômes majeurs</strong></p>
<p>Le désordre biochimique auquel se retrouve confronté notre organisme lors d’une intoxication au gluten est à l’origine d’un éventail de désordres comportementaux souvent qualifiés, de façon erronée, de « psychosomatiques » ou « gastriques ».</p>
<p>Quelques exemples : problèmes scolaires, dyspraxie, dyslexie, déficit d’attention et de comportement, hypo et hyperactivité, problèmes relationnels, violences, divers types autistiques (avec ou sans langage), troubles involontaires convulsifs (tic), troubles obsessionnels compulsifs (toc), automutilations, perturbation du sommeil, fatigue chronique, maladies de l’intestin (ballonnements, constipation, maladie coeliaque, maladie de Crohn, carcinomes de l’intestin…) schizophrénie, etc.</p>
<p><strong>La preuve biochimique</strong></p>
<p>Ces troubles « mentaux envahissants » causés par la dégradation partielle du gluten ont été mis en lumière par le professeur norvégien Karl Reichelt de l’Institut pédiatrique d’Oslo. En effet, il a incriminé dès 1986 la présence de peptides du gluten dans les urines de sujets hyperactifs, autistes, épileptiques et schizophrènes.</p>
<p><strong>Une solution, une analyse : la peptidurie</strong></p>
<p>Tous ces troubles obscurs peuvent être prévenus, notamment grâce à une simple analyse d’urine : la <a href="http://www.intolerancegluten.com/analyses.html">peptidurie</a>. Celle-ci va mettre en évidence des toxiques, et en quelle quantité, qui perturbent l’activité électrique du cerveau.</p>
<p>Grâce aux brillantes découvertes du professeur Karl Reichelt et à ses analyses de peptides urinaires, les patients peuvent, comme je l’ai fait pour mon fils, mettre en place un changement alimentaire individualisé exempté de gluten permettant ainsi de mettre fin à une longue litanie de symptômes et de se construire une nouvelle vie en pleine santé.</p>

<p>RESONANCE is a sensational eye opening documentary which reveals the harm we are doing by existing in an ocean of man made wireless frequencies.</p>
<p>Two billion years ago life first arrived on this planet; a planet, which was filled with a natural frequency. As life slowly evolved, it did so surrounded by this frequency. and Inevitably, it began tuning in.</p>
<p>By the time mankind arrived on earth an incredible relationship had been struck; a relationship that science is just beginning to comprehend.</p>
<p>Research is showing that being exposed to this frequency is absolutely integral to us. It controls our mental and physical health, it synchronizes our circadian rhythms, and it aids our immune system and improves our sense of wellbeing.</p>
<p>Not only are we surrounded by natural frequencies, our bodies are filled with them too. Our cells communicate using electro magnetic frequencies. Our brain emits a constant stream of frequencies and our DNA delivers instructions, using frequency waves. Without them we couldn&#8217;t exist for more than a second.</p>
<p>This delicate balance has taken billions of years to perfect. But over the last 25 years the harmony has been disturbed. and disturbed dramatically.</p>
<p>Mankind has submerged itself in an ocean of artificial frequencies. They are all around us, filling the air and drowning out the earth&#8217;s natural resonance.</p>
