The metal shavings we supply are obviously also aimed at those who are looking for small quantities.
But our goal is to fill above all a void for those who want significantly larger quantities, which are of the order of a few kilos.
While still remaining very far from hundred kilos, we are not bulk wholesalers, such quantities cannot be sent by post!
You can also, if you wish, very well come here to pick up a large volume of shavings on the spot with your car.

There is another detail that may be important to some people, all the shavings available here are steadily available. We have large quantities, more than 500kg of global stocks permanently and the circuits from which they come are also stable, the industries that produce these shavings always produce the same shavings with the same forms and this is not likely to change very often.

These discs are machined only for pipes with an outside diameter of 28mm.
No need to ask for any other pipe diameter, we don’t have them.

Like the Aluminum shavings, fine, these aluminum shavings are also produced by aluminum/PVC windows/doors manufacturers. But this time in turning machines, they are between 1 and 5cm long and are also thinner than paper.
As you can read below, for 1kg you have a volume of about 20L, it is huge and normal, because there is a lot of air in the middle, they are a bit like metal sponges/scrapers.
You can for example fill a square pyramid of 15x15cm base with resin and use only 30-40g of these chips to fill the whole pyramid! They keep their shape, you can lay a quartz in these shavings in the direction you want and it will remain in place exactly where you put it.
Thanks to these chips it is possible not to wait for the catalysis of certain layers in large orgonites for the minerals and other additions that are put in place, these chips act as mesh which keeps everything in place. They are also nice on the outside because one can obtain a certain transparency through the shavings since they don’t clump.
They are also very useful for making light orgonites. If we fill an orgonite of a volume of one liter with the brass shavings sold on this site, which weigh around 1 kg for 650 ml of volume, one kilo is easily added to the weight of the orgonite, whereas is we do the same thing with these light twisted aluminum shavings, we can at most, by pushing a lot, add 50g.

These aluminum shavings are those that are used in all our basic orgonites. It is one of the kinds of shavings produced by many factories that build windows and doors in aluminum/PVC. For this reason they always have a certain amount of small black/gray plastic/polyamides, sometimes other colors, which are the joints of these doors/windows which are also cut in the process, it is impossible to remove them without spending hours doing it by hand.
These shavings have a major advantage, they are small with an extremely large contact surface relative to the weight, they are thinner than a sheet of paper. For this reason, they remain very well suspended in liquid resin and do not sink easily to the bottom.
They are also useful in large masses of polyester resin, they act somewhat like a filler (silica, glass fiber, etc.) which allows the resin not to crack.

With one kilo of these shavings you have enough to make more than 200 TBs like those on this site.

These brass shavings to use in your orgonites are very handy, beautiful as decoration and good to fill up large volumes. They are relatively big and have a color less close to that of gold than the other shavings: Brass shavings (CuZn34Al2)
They have a high density, they sink and agglutinate at the bottom of liquid resin, however since they keep their spaced shape, they leave quite a lot of space between themselves when they are agglutinated.

They are not very suited for making small orgonites.

These aluminum shavings are really big and heavy. They are not suited for small orgonites.
For large orgonites they are useful for filling the bottom of the resin mass.
These chips obviously sink to the bottom of the liquid resin.

The Cloudbuster bases on this site are composed of a mixture of these big shavings, Aluminum shavings, medium twisted and Aluminum shavings, fine. The fine shavings scattered everywhere allow for the polyester resin mass not to crack, the medium shavings serve to fill a little more densely and the large shavings serve to line well the bottom of the bucket in which the base is cast. These shavings at the bottom allow for the placement of the pipes of the cloudbuster in the mass with the certainty that they will not touch the bottom.

The shavings are not very suitable for aesthetic uses because their thickness cracks the resin around the chips when it shrinks during catalysis.

For your information, the Cloudbuster bases on the site are made with 8L of resin and about 2L (250g) of Aluminum shavings, fine, 1.5L (200g) of Aluminum shavings, medium twisted and 0.6-0.7L (280g) of big shavings.

These aluminum shavings are more or less good for all uses in orgonites.
Just like the Aluminum shavings, fine long twisted, they are convenient for filling large orgonites without adding too much weight and also fill with a mass that allows the placement of minerals and other additions without them moving too much. But unlike the Aluminum shavings, fine long twisted, these medium-sized aluminum shavings are not so light, they sink to the bottom of liquid resin. Hence quite a bit more of filling will be needed.
Other than that, they are also very pretty with their twisted shapes.

The differences in color are due to the differences in temperature when the machine produces them, depending on the resin used these differences in color sometimes become less visible than when the shavings are in the open air.
